The type of sport i like
Sport is all forms of usually competitive physical activity which, through casual or organized participation, aims to use, maintain or improve physical ability and skills while providing entertainment to participants, and in some cases, spectators. There are a variety of sport types such as, Basketball, soccer, hockey, netball but I love Volleyball.
Volleyball- Volleyball is a game played by 2 teams, 6 players each. In which a large ball is hit by hand over a high net, the aim being to score points by making the ball touch the group on the opponent's side of the court.
Why i like volleyball
Volleyball improves your cardio vascular health, your muscular system and your joints health. It helps with weight loss and also weight maintenance. It improves hand eye co ordination, enhances reflexes and reaction time and develops speed, agility, co-ordination, stamina and flexibility. Apart from all the advantages i find it very fun and very safe because your rivals are always on their side of the court so the chances of me getting injured are very low.
